IRMT CONSTRUCTIONS:
RECONSTRUCTION OF THE "OSBORN HOUSE " BUILDING
Osborn house was built in the same architectural style and approximately at the same time as the Folk Art Museum building (in 1885).
It was decided to preserve this historical building in spite of its very bad condition, to renovate it, and further to convert it into administrative building of the future Roerich International College of Fine Arts.
Reconstruction works are now at the last stage.
