An eyesore for several years, finally this building has been taken up for reconstruction and is expected to be fully completed soon.
It’s two top floors are fully functioning, housing:
— One spacious exhibition hall where temporary exhibitions of modern art by Indian and foreign artists are being organized every month.
— One seminar hall, which is utilized also as an exhibition hall and cinema hall.
— Sales counter of the IRMT publications and souvenirs.

Tea bar with wonderful view on the valley. Visitors can also read journals or books available there, and see the albums of reproductions of Nicholas Roerich paintings.
— "At Hall Estate Restaurant" – cozy restaurant with capacity for approximately 60 people. Tourists can choose to have their food inside the hall, or in the balconies adjacent to the hall, while enjoying fresh mountain air and superb view of the valley below. Restaurant Chef offers pure vegetarian food – Indian, Tibetan and some of the Russian delicacies. Birthday parties or other celebrations can be also organized there.
The third floor has 6 double bed guest rooms. Three units are already available, remaining ones will be ready within the shortest period. Prices are affordable to everybody.
