On Sunday, 6th May, as usually, the Trust was buzzing with preparations to inaugurate 2 new painting exhibitions:
First one was titled - ‘Prism’ 2007 – A group show by 6 Fine Arts students led by their professor, Mrs Sushma Pamneja, Painter herself and Head Deptt. of Fine Arts from Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar, Punjab.
It was held in the Modern Art Exhibition Hall.
Students displayed their recent works – their jolly mood, vibrant colors, bold subjects chosen to be depicted – all this brought a new youthful energy to the Trust and didn’t leave anybody outside of this fresh aura of enthusiasm and positive outlook.
During the inauguration, all students described their paintings, various media used, subjects and what they express through their art.
Children from Helena Roerich Art College listened with a great interest. Everybody enjoyed the paintings displayed by these young artists.
