Photo gallery had shown the life of the students, classes and different functions held by the students and teachers. At the inauguration of their exhibition, Mrs Valentina Voitenok, organizer of the trip narrated to the guests about the Institute, students, subjects they study etc. She also told about many exhibitions their students did about Indian culture and Roerichs. It was their long cherished dream to visit the Roerichs Estate at Naggar, and they feel extremely happy to be here and share the works of their students with the students of Helena Roerich Art College.
Madam Valentina stressed: “Language of art is the language of heart and soul – it does not require the interpreter. We brought with us works that reveal beauty of our native land, of everything that is dear to our heart. We feel this kind of interaction can bring us closer to Indian people, and particularly to the students and teachers of Helena Roerich Art College”. |
