After the release of the book, concert program started by the folk ensemble from Russia, “Chervlionnyi Yar” – they presented enchanting tunes and melodies from ancient Russian folk traditions, as well as contemporary romances, accompanied by original folk instruments they brought along with them – Russian balalaika, garmon and accordion. Helena Roerich Art College students presented three special songs for this occasion – from Devika Rani's films, which she sang herself. Their singing brought smiles on the faces of distinguished guests who verily enjoyed view of children singing songs from 30-ies, and a doggie who also participated at the show, patiently sitting at the stage, waging his tail – in one film there is a scene where Devika sits in front of the house and sings a song to a dog, patting him affectionately.
